Hey little ones, please remember to bring Along your Learning Passport tomorrow. We will meet in the AVA at 5.15pm, after practice.
Just a little word about today's performance. I was pretty happy with your performance today, everything until you guys started to pack up.
I am disappointed at how you all choose to do only the bare minimum and leave others to struggle. As an orchestra, as a team, I think I have emphasized many times that it is important to help one another if we really want to become stronger.
Some of you seem to only care about clearing your own instruments. You guys forgot about those who needed more help because they have more than one instrument or heavier ones that need at least 2-3 persons to store and keep. At the very least, please remember your own chair. Who do you think should be responsible/obliged to keep your chair for you after the performance? I think it is wise to be accountable for what we have taken, what we have used and what we should return to their original place. Responsibility reflects well of you when you show it, even in little ways.
What is a team, when you don't even know how to help one another? What is an orchestra, when you don't even listen out to/for one another?
In the end, you are still behaving like an individual.
This is not what I want for you to have when you graduate from SKCO. You must show that you are a different lot, not only in standard of playing music, but also in character. Because people might be moved by your music, but they will only be convinced by your behaviour.
You guys can do it, only as a team. So, do it as a team and leave no one alone, or we have no orchestra at all.

PS: Mr Leong came over in the afternoon and was very pleased with your performance. He says thank you. The next time you see him, I think you can say a word of thanks to him to. Without his request, you guys won't have the chance to play today. I've said my thanks, it's your turn now. Remember, only the difference in character will convince people.

Got angpao can take = more money ! hahas ANW , we have to perform next friday if i'm not wrong , so... JIAYOU and work hard to make the school look us as an respectable CCA and not some kind of thrash ! Prove them wrong ba .. we can de hor ? =D haha okay . that all i have to say . SKCO !
